This blasting booth adopts waffle floor to recovery abrasives. It uses high pressure air as power to reclaim abrasive from blasting booth, then delivery abrasives into separating system through pipes. All separating, abrasive recycle and delivery adopt pneumatic delivery. it doesn't need to use bucket elevator, air wash type separator etc.. A complete air recovery blasting room is made of blasting working booth, shot blasting system, waffle floor, recovery separating system, dust removing system, electrical control system, protective wearing for workers, trolley system and so on.
◆ Performance
- It adopts large power air fan to provide air power for blasting room. The air power will reclaim the mixture of abrasives and dust through waffle floor. Because the air flow goes top-down, the dust will be descent down to the floor. Thus it can provide good working conditions and visibility for workers.
- It doesn't need dig pitch or dig shallow pitch and can reduce construction task, thus it can reduce invest amount. The frame of blasting room adopts steel structure; the outer of room adopts color steel plates; the sandwich adopts special quieter materials. It can reduce noise and control the noise level under 80db(A).
- The compressed air pressure is 0.8Mpa; the de-rusting grade is Sa2.5~3; the dust emission density is ≤30mg/m3; the illuminance is ≥300Lx.
- It adopts large volume sand/grit blasting machine, auto abrasive input system and can improve the efficiency by 40%~45%.
- The blasting nozzle quantity is determined by the blasting area per hour provided by customers.
