KHOLEE BLAST’S Portable blast & recycle system (PBR) is our latest integrated compact equipment which is used in shipyard, marine offshore industries of blasting application. The system enables good performance for blasting and abrasive recovery continuously for tank blasting and manual blasting chambers. Due to mobility of the system, the blasting operation can be set up within a short period of time on site.
The PBR system consists of all the conventional systems such as bucket elevator system, air wash separator system, storage hopper, dust collection system and blasting machine integrated into mobile skid which allows maximum mobility for transporting the equipment from site to site.
Working with abrasive Vacuum Recovery machine, the PBR system and VR system will provide blasting, recovery and recycle simultaneously, which increases productivity thus shortening the production period effectively.
